Kiama based indie-rock group Pacific Avenue are bringing the feel good vibes with their new track & video "Something Good" off their new EP Strawberry Skies. These surf rock legends are also kicking off a tour in Berry on Saturday 21st September.
“Something Good was inspired by a period of time when we were all living out of home in a little beach shack in Wonoona,” said the band. “The lifestyle around that time influenced the writing behind it, giving it a sorta beachy sound. It’s cool because every time we listen to it, it draws us back to that place of freedom and youth which has since been demolished.”
The music video for “Something Good” is relaxed and nostalgic. It's a surf-rock feel good banger. The video follows the band through a coastal town that in some way feels familiar to us all... skateboarding, surfing and jamming together.
2019 is looking exciting for the boys with a new EP support sets for Tash Sultana and playing alongside Ocean Alley and CLEWS. Keep an eye and ear out for lots of new stuff on the way.
Pacific Avenue’s new EP “Strawberry Skies” is out now on all streaming platforms.
