Whethan and Oliver Tree have got us free falling

Words by Zack Anthony Curran

DJ and acclaimed producer Whethan (aka Ethan Snoreck) has lured his longtime friend and collaborator Oliver Tree out of retirement (again!) for their latest electrifying new collaboration, ‘Freefall (feat. Oliver Tree)’ dropping today.

‘Freefall’ heralds Whethan’s wildly-anticipated debut album titled FANTASY which is due for release later this year. The track marks the latest and maybe even greatest collab between the Chicago-based electronic artist and the one and only Oliver Tree, following five co-written/co-produced tracks featured on Tree’s chart-topping debut album, Ugly is Beautiful. Among their united efforts is the provocative hit single, ‘Let Me Down’, joined by an official companion video.

‘Freefall’ continues an extraordinary run of new tracks from Whethan, including 'Stay Forever (Feat. STRFKR)', 'All In My Head (Feat. grandson)', 'Upside Down (Feat. Grouplove)', and 'Hurting On Purpose (Feat. K.Flay)'. All four tracks are joined by colorful companion videos, streaming now at Whethan’s official YouTube channel and are featured on his forthcoming debut album FANTASY.
