We offer easy returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind? No problem. Return for store credit within 30 days.

Item faulty, damaged, or not as described? We'll make it right. See below for your Australian Consumer Law rights.


How to return an item

Include your order number in the package.


What you can expect

Standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • You pay return shipping (we recommend using tracking)
  • We'll issue store credit to your account upon receiving your return
  • Use your store credit for any item on hipland.co. It applies at checkout.  You just need to be logged in.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described items:

  • Send us a photo of the issue first (hello@hipland.co)
  • We'll offer a replacement as your first remedy
  • If we don't have stock, we'll issue store credit
  • If neither option works for you, we'll provide a refund as required by Australian Consumer Law

Important details

Sale items: Final sale. Not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Return window: 30 days from delivery. After that, we can't accept returns.

Shipping costs: Non-refundable. You cover return shipping for change of mind or size returns. We cover return shipping for faulty or damaged items.

Restocking fees: None. Ever.

Exchanges: We don't process exchanges directly. Return your original item for store credit, then place a new order for what you need. This way you can choose exactly what you want without waiting for us to process the swap.


Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law guarantees that products must be:

  • Of acceptable quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • Match the description

If your item doesn't meet these guarantees, you're entitled to a remedy. We'll offer a replacement or repair first. If that's not suitable, we'll provide a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
