Shipping policy

Our team strategically works between our Head Office in Noosa and Guangzhou.  Orders will be shipped from the location holding inventory and may be split over more than one delivery.  Delivery times are within 7 days.  Delivery times can be longer during high volume sale periods.  Returns are sent to our Australian Head Office.

At checkout, you have the option of Australia Post or Sendle Courier.
Sendle is a private courier company that will deliver to your door and usually the quickest and cheapest option. 
However, No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can be used for delivery via Sendle.

Shipping rates within Australia are calculated at checkout at the lowest possible rate.
Delivery time is generally 3-4 days depending on your location within Australia.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link.

International orders will be sent by Australia Post. 
US shipping rate is $4.99 USD
NZD shipping rate is $10 NZD
All other destinations are priced at a flat rate of $25 AUD

Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties, fees, tariffs based on their country’s trade agreements and customs requirements.
